B Braggs ( from South Carolina - USA) comment on moving to Cascais

B Braggs • Love the concept...BUT, for once, would love to find a place that's free of retired expats...no offense, but everywhere there are expats things seem to get over-saturated, or a bit away from true traditional culture of the locals. When I move to Spain, Portugal, or anywhere on the Med... just want to enjoy that culture, not tourists and expats. Not meaning to offend anyone here...(smile).
