The afternoon was lovely. After work, and driving on the Marginal Avenue from Lisbon to Estoril I decided to go jogging. It was just the time to leave the car at home and put the sneakers and a T-shirt. I ran all the way from Estoril to Cascais by the Paredão and felt lovely.The sea was calm, no wind at all. So, another wonderful day in Estoril.
