Do you like french cuisine? ( AdLib restaurant critic)

 French cuisine is the world's  top in glamour and elegance. And it's perfect if you have it in a fine restaurant in Paris. But, if you are elsewhere, french cuisine needs to add some local touch, and this is why the " fusion cuisine " was born. In Lisbon, the restaurant from the hotel Sofitel ( located in the Avenida da Liberdade, the most glamorous avenue in Lisbon), AdLib follows this trend. Has the exquisite touch of french cuisine ( fois gras, oysters, crepes, with nice presentation, small quantity of food in a big plate, well decorated) but Chef Daniel added a portuguese touch with ingredients like cod fish, olive oils and portuguese cheese. Well, the result is marvelous, and the price is acceptable.
