Chef Daniel Schlaipfer is determined to raise the refinement and excellence standards of the Restaurant AdLib. Originally from Germany, Daniel Schlaipfer has been presenting his dishes with a superb combination of knowledge and flavors, for over 14 years. During his professional experience, his skills were improved with the best renowned masters of international cuisine, as he acquired a diversified expertise working in places like the Canary Islands and St. Moritz. Today, such influences transform his cuisine in an example of quality and creativity.
With an outgoing character and true passion for his profession, his outstanding talent is also recognized in Portugal, his home since 2003. With a Portuguese and French fusion cuisine and new and original suggestions turned into real “masterpieces”, Daniel Schlaipfer enriches AdLib’s daily menu, satisfying the demanding taste of its clients.
